Great service on my CR-V. Went in for an oil change, and was advised that I need two other services. Got everything taken care of and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I give 5 stars to technician that took of me.

Visited Shottenkirk Honda Decatur on 5/24/2025 for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I was slightly early for my service, I was immediately pulled in. Ethan, greeted me, confirmed services, and sent my car back for maintenance. For those that haven't been in the waiting area, you are given a stopwatch to monitor time. This alone let's you know the wait isn't going to be all day stay. As you wait you have the convenience of a restroom, tv, and snacks/beverages. Shottenkirk Honda Decatur staff always conduct themselves in a professional manner, which makes it a pleasure to do service here.

Came for oil change and tire rotation. Recommended an engine filter change which I opted to have done. Work was completed very quickly and cost was very reasonable. I’m a happy customer! Must be new management because service was fantastic.
